What you will work on
Work that connects law, banking, and people
Company setup and structure
Help clients pick the right jurisdiction and license, prepare applications, and keep the structure aligned with what they actually do.
Banking and KYC files
Package activity descriptions, source of funds, and corporate documents so banks can review and approve with minimal back and forth.
Tax, compliance, and renewals
Support VAT registration, corporate tax registration, UBO, ESR, and annual renewals, keeping clients on schedule.
Visas and HR support
Coordinate investor and employee visas, employment contracts, and basic HR policies so teams can relocate and grow smoothly.
