Clear costs, precise timing
Authority fees
DMC registration, trade name, and license issuance fees. Exact amounts depend on license category, legal form, and office type, and are confirmed in your proposal
VAT
Register for VAT when taxable supplies meet, or are expected to meet, AED 375,000 in a 12 month period. Voluntary registration is available from AED 187,500 so you can recover input VAT earlier.
Premises
Flexi desk, co working, or fixed office inside DMC. We match the space to your visa needs, budget, and the type of media activity planned.
Corporate tax
Free zone entities benefit from a preferred corporate tax regime if they meet qualifying conditions. For non qualifying income, standard UAE corporate tax applies at 0 percent up to AED 375,000 of taxable income and 9 percent above that level.
